Synergy Direct,... google ad, web site, face book, email?????

Had this company Synergy Direct Solutions, synergydirectsolutions/inc100/ contact me, They build a web site help with google ad words, email marketing face book ect.
The cost is $799 setup and $99 per month to manage, the managing part is what interested me because I probable wouldn't do it myself.

Anyone know anything about this company or is there someone else that offers this type of service that would be better?

I get at least 3 of those calls a day here, there a ton of companies doing that.
